Building a Collaborative Classroom and Pedagogical Planning for teachers
“Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best”
Teacher learning is a continuous process that promote teachers’ teaching skills, master new knowledge, develop new proficiency, which in turn help to improve students’ learning. Classroom management is essential to both teachers’ education and teachers professional development, it is crucial to keep teachers knowledge update so they can deliver high quality teaching.
This is an opportunity to present our observation and analysis on the teacher’s training held at Khot hall in Athani, on 31st May 2024. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by resource person Mrs. Rajeshwari Bharath , Principal of KLE Sholapur Mr. MS Hiremath, Principal of KLE Chikodi Mr.Chetan Patil and our Principal Mr. Jagadeesh Havaldar. Approximately 138 teachers of KLE schools were present on this occasion. After inaugural ceremony, Mrs. Rajeshwari Bharath, conducted a highly interactive session on ‘Building a collaborative classroom and pedagogical planning’.
